The 15th International Encounter on Cartooning and Comics (EICH) took place during the Guadalajara International Book Fair. Within this event, La Catrina prize was awarded to Cuban-born Mexican cartoonist Boligán. Boligan’s work is featured in the exhibit “Metáforas de un Trazo,” on view at Ex Convento del Carmen in Jalisco until January 8th, 2017.
