The Comic Book Education Foundation (CBEF), a non-profit organisation promoting comics in the classroom to improve literacy, is hosting an event in Denver Colorado between the 7th and 9th October called the iCons Experience. It boasts Lectures, Roundtable Discussions, Critiques, and Networking Opportunities with over a dozen professionals from the comics industry. However, the website is still under construction.
